​​ You can nominate more than one person within a category however you cannot nominate one person in more than one category. If you wish to make more than one nomination for a category please complete separate applications. The finalist fees is per finalist. ​ONLY nominate colleagues working in the same company as you. Self nomination is NOT allowed.

After we receive the nomination form and it is approved, the nominee will be contacted to complete a questionnaire. Deadline for questionnaires is 1 week after the nomination deadline. The sooner you nominate the more time your nominee will have to complete their questionnaire. Regardless of when you nominate the deadline for questionnaires is 19st of September.

​After the questionnaire deadline, the judges will review all the details and select the finalists. Finalists will be announced on the 10th of October.

All finalists will be invited to have an in person interview with the judges on the 7th of November 2024 This year's judging day is in person ONLY. Due to format of the interviews it is not possible to have a hybrid judging day.

Finalists would also have to commit to attend the awards ceremony on the 7th of December 2023. If a finalist is unable to attend the awards ceremony a representative from the company must attend in their place. 
​The winners will be announced on the 4th of December at the awards dinner.
All nominations are FREE to enter. However anyone short-listed for the finals will be required to pay £330 + VAT

Terms and Conditions
  • The awards will be administered by Zars Media
  • Zars Media will appoint a Judging Panel who will make an assessment of all the nominations and score each entry according to the guidelines.
  • The Judges decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By submitting a nomination you agree to supply any additional supporting evidence or other information requested.
  • The Judges may also reallocate an entry to a different category.
  • Finalists will be notified by email and will be announced on the 10th of October 2024. If you have not heard from us by the 15th of October your nominee has not been short-listed.
  • Closing date for nominations is the 5th of September 2024. Please note the nomination deadline is different from the questionnaire deadline.
  • Zars Media will not be liable for delayed, lost or damaged entries. Entries are non-returnable, and any supporting documents should be copies, not originals as they will not be returned.
  • Please be absolutely certain that your nominee can attend the judging day on the 10th of November if short-listed. Finalist interviews are strictly in person. There is no other option for the judges to interview finalists.
  • Finalists who don't attend the judging day will be disqualified and will still be liable to pay the finalist fee.
  • If your nominee/nominees decide to drop out of the competition for any reason or resigns from your company after they have been short-listed as finalist/s, the company will still be liable to pay the £375 + VAT finalist fee.
  • By submitting your entry you are confirming that the information it contains is correct. If the information submitted is found to be inaccurate your nominee will be disqualified and if they are a finalist will still be liable to pay the finalist fee.​
  • Please note finalist fees does NOT include the cost of finalists attending the awards dinner. The finalists fees only covers the cost of running the judging day.
