The judging process for the Women In Sales Awards will start with an initial short listing of the nominations based on the information given in the application. A carefully selected panel of judges will determine the top finalists in each category.
The finalists will then be invited to the judging day on the 10th of November 2016, where the judges will determine an overall winner in each category. Finalists will be judged on a set criteria based on (but not limited to) Attitude + Skills + Process + Knowledge + Commercial acumen + Ability to achieve targets etc. There are 3 judges per group and each group will judge and score 1 or 2 categories.
